Refund Policy

The Customer Comeback Masterclass is a paid live training. The applicable seat price is shown on the registration page before payment is made.

Because access to a live session and its accompanying resources is delivered digitally and immediately upon confirmation, registrations are generally treated as final.

If you believe your payment was made in error, was charged more than once, or you were unable to access the session due to an issue on our side, write to us before or within 48 hours of the scheduled session and we will review the request.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are not provided when:

• You register but choose not to attend the live session
• You miss the session after joining details were delivered
• You disagree with the training approach after attending
• You expected guaranteed business or revenue results

The masterclass runs on Saturday at 11:00 AM IST. If you cannot attend the session you registered for, contact us and we will move your seat to a later Saturday session where possible.

Bonus resources such as the 7-Day Customer Comeback Action Plan and the Customer Comeback AI Prompt Pack are shared only after you attend the live masterclass. They are not delivered before the session and cannot be claimed separately in place of a refund.

If a session is cancelled by us and no alternative date works for you, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

The training is educational in nature. Results depend on your business, offer, audience, execution, consistency, and follow-up process, and are not a basis for a refund.
